MAJOR European Record Label, Spinnin' Records has released this certified banging Single from Nyanda featuring US Rapper Pitbull, called "Keep Me Up All Night". Produced by Ripstar, this dirty dance anthem is a must have in any club playlist. Nyanda's voice is great as usual showing a more sexy, Lace-y side to her, compared to her previous record. I am not really feeling the vibe with Pitbull on here and his verse could have been skipped, however overall, the song is wicked.

Alx Veliz feat. Nyanda - Dancing Kizomba (The Kemist Remix) [Official Music Video]

Alx Veliz' Vevo Channel just released the Official Visuals for The Kemist's Remix to his Single "Dancing Kizomba", which features Nyanda. Neither of the Artists are in the video but it features some unknown beauties, dancing on a Venezuelan beach (or so our sources have been told...). Honestly, I really hate when "whoever is in charge" do not include the Artists in the video, and instead give us empty representations of the art itself. HUGE Sigh... from Kizzo & Bloodline's "This Time" to Major Lazer & Nyla's "Light It Up"...and now this one! Either way the song is still pure fire and DOPE...but the video could have been way better. I blame Universal Music for this...

Sneakbo feat. Nyla & Popcaan - Too Cool (Right Here) [MiniE5 Remix]

Brick & Lace (Bloodline) - Stand Up (Original Demo Version)

Ta Da! Ladies and Gents, here is the Original Version of Nyla's 2013 Debut Single, Stand Up. This is the Demo Version which is not only sang by Nyla, but also her sisters as Bloodline (who also wrote this hit). Originally penned as a Brick & Lace record for Nyla and Nyanda (backing vocals by iCandy and Tasha), after their decision to go Solo for a while, Nyla went to on to re create her own solo version of the Sultry, Hot record.

This version was produced by CAVE team from Sweden, who also did "Follow The Leader", and "Say Yes" with Bloodline. This version has way more Bass than Nyla's own and is less Reggae-ish and more R&B, unlike the other. Which one of the two do you prefer?

Alx Veliz feat. Nyanda - Dancing Kizomba (The Kemist Remix)

Canadian-Based Singer Alx Veliz released a New Version to his Hit Single from last year called "Dancing Kizomba" via Universal Music Group. The Kemist from Black Lion produced this new edition, and it features Nyanda. Compared to the mellow, slow rhythm of the original, Kemist and Nyanda spices it up with some Jamaican and European flavour! There is a Spanish Version of the remix and and English one...GO GET BOTH! Trust me they HOT!

This week, BYFALL RECORDS released a Brand New Music Video called "Touch Me", or Touche' for the French, by Jessy Matador featuring Brick & Lace's Nyanda. Its a great song, with great chemistry between the two Artists. The Music Video is equally fantastic, with a Complicated Love Story being told. Nyla Gains International Stardum: Coachella Breakthrough Artist 2016!

Yess!!! As a true fan of Brick & Lace, I have been following Nyla's Solo Path from since 2013, when they decided to take a year-long hiatus. However, a year turned to two more and then three and now...rumours are circulating that there will NEVER be a return of Brick & Lace again (not officially at least).

As much of a bummer this is, especially to the B&L fans who were promised a Sophomore Album and new music from Nyanda and Nailah together as a group, it seems there still are some perks to goin' Solo.

Nyla was first signed to Kymani Marley's Label, 'Konfrontation Muzik', in '013, where her Debut Single "Stand Up" (Written by Bloodline, her writing group with her sisters), premiered. Although it was never officially released via iTunes or any other Music Distributors, a Music Video came in to save the day.

Soon after, Nyla's Second single "Body Calling" was released in 2014, along with a Video, and became her first iTunes and Official release as a Solo act. She even toured Europe because of it's success. Around the same time, she collaborated with Sean Paul for his Full Frequency album on "Pornstar", and African Artist Redsan's "Touch me There" single.

Unbeknownst to us, Nyla was already in the makin' to debut Internationally with her Original entitled "Light It Up". Diplo's Musical group, Major Lazer, pushed the vision of the song even further, including not only Nyla's Original on their Peace Is The Mission album, but also releasing a Remix Version featuring Fuse ODG as their Second Biggest Hit (After "Lean On").

LIGHT IT UP gained quick International fame and introduced Nyla to places such as India, Australia and even Cuba, increasing her already Huge fanbase. Currently the Singer is performing at the COACHELLA Music Festival, alongside other Caribbean acts like Sean Paul, Machel Montano and of course, MAJOR LAZER. 

On that Note, I gotta say I am extremely proud of her, and I see a promising and wonderfully successful career for her. Who knows what will occur to her unreleased tunes, such as "Stop Yu Fussin", "Paradise" and "Selecta"...(Please release them! lol). I am still gonna keep my fingers crossed that we will eventually get that Brick & Lace return and album, even if it takes a while.

Secret Tidbit for the true B&L/Nyla Fans: Nyla has another upcoming song with MAJOR LAZER ...I cant give the title yet, but STAY TUNED! It's even hotter than Light It Up!

The All New Official Music Video for LIGHT IT UP is finally out! Produced by Major Lazer, sang and written by Brick & Lace's Nyla, and featuring African Artist Fuse ODG, this hot Summery Record also has a powerful message. The Video was shot in Ghana, Africa and showcases many of the Locale's dancing, living and mourning. A strong sense of unity and empowerment is clearly felt in the presence of the Black & White Composition.

The Video has been circulating Internationally, on all Channels in Europe & Africa, and even in the Caribbean and South America. Check it out!

My only wish was that Nyla and the other Artists involved in the Project should have been showcased as well, but ah well...
