Brick & Lace are Back! 2020

According to both Nyanda & Nyla's latest and recent Instagram posts, Brick & Lace has been hinting a return to the music scene, as a Group, once again. The Two Queens of Reggae Fusion both started pursuing their solo careers in 2013 up to this day (which is having great success), and had put all Brick & Lace music on hold, at a time when they were about to drop their sophomore album.

Now in 2020, a dark year so far, arises a ray of Hope...BRICK & LACE IS BACK!

First reuniting on Nyanda's IG Live for a Surprise impromptu and fun Birthday Concert, Nyanda has hinted in interviews of a possible release of more BnL Music later in the year.

Now, according to their IG Posts, Fans will be treated to a Brick & Lace At Home Concert pretty soon. With the times and life as we know it being shadowed by Covid-19, this news and reunion is definitely needed. Hopefully we get some new music soon!

DJ LBR & Nyanda - Young & Alive

Tropic Electric released a new single from Nyanda, alongside DJ LBR, called "Young & Alive". With lyrics based on Inspiring and uplifting, the song was written by Kam Mcpherson, Tasha Thorbourne & Nyanda, herself. Sang beautifully on a House beat to get you moving, like the title suggests, this definitely makes you feel "young and alive"! Even David Guetta himself endorsed this via Twitter! Check it out! 

Brick & Lace (Bloodline) - Stand Up (Original Demo Version)

Ta Da! Ladies and Gents, here is the Original Version of Nyla's 2013 Debut Single, Stand Up. This is the Demo Version which is not only sang by Nyla, but also her sisters as Bloodline (who also wrote this hit). Originally penned as a Brick & Lace record for Nyla and Nyanda (backing vocals by iCandy and Tasha), after their decision to go Solo for a while, Nyla went to on to re create her own solo version of the Sultry, Hot record.

This version was produced by CAVE team from Sweden, who also did "Follow The Leader", and "Say Yes" with Bloodline. This version has way more Bass than Nyla's own and is less Reggae-ish and more R&B, unlike the other. Which one of the two do you prefer?

Brick & Lace (Bloodline) - Lion Heart

The Mega talented sister duo Brick & Lace who gave us hits like "Love is Wicked" and "Never Never" are back with a new release for 2016. A new track called Lion Heart. Produced by Grammy award winning producer Supa Dups and Written by Songwriter Sisters Bloodline, Lion heart fuses Reggae elements with pop melodies to create a fresh new sound in reggae that is unique to the sisters.

This week, BYFALL RECORDS released a Brand New Music Video called "Touch Me", or Touche' for the French, by Jessy Matador featuring Brick & Lace's Nyanda. Its a great song, with great chemistry between the two Artists. The Music Video is equally fantastic, with a Complicated Love Story being told. The Video is a definite MUST SEE, and the song is a MUST HAVE for all those who enjoy French Dance Music. Check it out!

Major Lazer featuring Nyla & Fuse ODG - Light It Up Remix (Official Music Video)

The All New Official Music Video for LIGHT IT UP is finally out! Produced by Major Lazer, sang and written by Brick & Lace's Nyla, and featuring African Artist Fuse ODG, this hot Summery Record also has a powerful message. The Video was shot in Ghana, Africa and showcases many of the Locale's dancing, living and mourning. A strong sense of unity and empowerment is clearly felt in the presence of the Black & White Composition.

The Video has been circulating Internationally, on all Channels in Europe & Africa, and even in the Caribbean and South America. Check it out!

My only wish was that Nyla and the other Artists involved in the Project should have been showcased as well, but ah well...

Nyanda surprises fans (dubbed her NyaTribe), with the release of her brand new single "The Way U Love". Released by Germaica Austria, Nyanda continues along the Pop-oriented genre, following the success of her latest hit "All My Love". The Way U Love was produced by Max Hustle and Tom Hype, and is a Futuristic- Pop Fusion, a whole new side to the Brick & Lace Singer.

Nyanda - All My Love [New Single]

Produced by TommoProduction from Romania, who also produced "Put It On Me" (Nyanda's Summer 2015 Anthem), "All My Love" is the follow up Romanian Single, and goes on a much lighter, sensitive side. Nyanda's voice is amazing and so far fans are elated at the crossing to Pop-genre the Jamaican Diva embarks on in this record. A Music Video also has been shot for the ballad, and is set to debut later this month.

Nyanda - Sacrifice [Hot NEW Reggae Single]

Nyanda has released an all new song entitled "Sacrifice". Produced by Black Lion, the Jamaican singer this time journeys on a more Reggae/ Roots vybe, on this heavily emotional track. It was released officially on her Soundcloud page in February earlier this year, and is contemplating pushing this record forth as an Official Single: It may even appear off her upcoming Debut Solo Album. You might also recognize the beat from Black Lion's Remix to Kat Dahlia's Single "Gangsta", back in 2013. Check it out and let her know what you think!

Candace showcases a sad yet beautifully vocalized piece, on this mid to slow tempo record. Brick & Lace "All Aboard 2" Antigua Concert!!!

Nyanda and Nyla, Reggae Duo Brick & Lace, are in Antigua for a concert! Here are some pics of their arrival and Press Release of the Jamaican Divas. Although they have been Solo for quite a while, many fans are wondering if they are finally back together, and if they are planning to drop their long-awaited Second Album. It seems the sisters are cooking up a lot of surprises for us! 

Nyla has also been working with Major Lazer and is expected to appear as a Guest Artist on their "Peace is The Mission LP" in June, on a Club Anthem entitiled "Light It Up".  Meanwhile, Nyanda released two new Reggae records, "Fall In Love" and "Sacrifice".  Nyanda has also been revealing hints about her debut solo album as well.
